In addition to the above, most of the ingredients can be cereals (rice, oats, barley), pseudocereals (millet, quinoa, buckwheat), oilseeds (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts), legumes (soybeans, peanuts) and tubers (ground almonds), or any mixture of these.
They can be flavoured with vanilla, cinnamon, organic lemon zest, and the line can continue for a long time.
As a sweetener, several alternatives to sugar can be used for them, e.g. erythritol, honey. But even dried fruits such as raisins, dates, figs give the drinks a great taste.
